The Anchors Bend Community Standards document has been in development by the board of directors. We are proud to share the final version and why this document is positive for Anchors Bend.

These standards are intended to reflect what most of us already value about our community: well-maintained homes, respectful neighbors, and a shared space we all take pride in. The intent of this document is a shared playbook rather than a rulebook. It builds on the covenants, and can evolve as our community grows and changes. It provides clear, fair and consistent expectations with the goal to reduce misunderstandings, prevent conflicts, and make decision making more transparent.

At its heart, this document is about care for our community and ensuring our neighborhood remains a place people are proud to live for years to come.
