Social Committee
The Social Committee is commissioned by and reports to the board of directors. The committee is responsible for organizing social events for the Anchors Bend community. The committee engages in the planning and scheduling of events and social activities for the enjoyment of all residents and to foster a sense of community.

Pool & Clubhouse Committee
The Pool and Clubhouse Committee is commissioned by and reports to the board of directors. The committee is responsible for advising the board on matters pertaining to the Pool and Clubhouse amenities. The committee ensures these remain in good working order with a focus on preventative maintenance programs that will ensure fiscal responsibility and longevity of the facilities.

Landscape Committee
The Landscape Committee is commissioned by and reports to the board of directors. The committee is responsible for advising the board on matters pertaining to the landscaping and maintenance of common areas in the community. The committee ensures the landscaping and maintenance are maintained to community standards with a focus on proactive maintenance programs.
